mountain hut ｜ Diemtigen

A reinterpretation of a traditional alpine hut, designed with the local conditions in mind.

This alpine hut has been lovingly renovated with a wood-burning stove, a solar roof and other sustainable elements.

The sleeping alcove under the roof, the new bathroom made of natural stone and the cozy living room create a warm and homely atmosphere in this rustic chalet.

 

In this project, our focus was on using natural and raw materials such as wood and stone to preserve the authenticity and traditional character of the building.
